All transactions at 393 Game are in Pakistani Rupees. No currency conversion, no USD accounts, no hidden exchange fees at any point in the deposit or withdrawal process.
Each player is permitted one account at 393 Game. Duplicate accounts result in cancellation of balances and permanent suspension without prior notice.

By accessing, registering on, or using the 393 Game platform — whether through a web browser, mobile application or any other interface — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a binding legal agreement between you (the player) and 393 Game (the platform operator).
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must not create an account or use any service provided by 393 Game. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
Using 393 Game — even just browsing when logged in — means you've agreed to these rules. If anything here is unclear, please contact our support team before placing your first bet.
To use 393 Game you must:
393 Game reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage. Any player found to be under 18 years of age will have their account immediately suspended, all bets voided and any pending withdrawals cancelled. It is the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure minors do not access this platform.
We take underage gambling very seriously at 393 Game. If we have any reason to believe a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending document verification. Funds in a suspended account cannot be withdrawn until verification is complete.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one account at 393 Game only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. If you already hold an account and wish to reopen access, please contact support rather than creating a new registration.
When registering, you must provide your real name, a valid mobile number and an accurate date of birth. These details will be used for account verification and for processing PKR payments to methods registered in your name. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure without any obligation to return deposited funds where fraud is suspected.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. 393 Game will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact our support team immediately at support@393game.net so we can secure your account without delay.
All transactions on the 393 Game platform are processed exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any point. The exchange rate is not a factor — you deposit in PKR and you receive your winnings in PKR.
Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfers and Visa/Mastercard. The same method used for deposit is generally required for withdrawal, subject to available limits on that payment channel.
Minimum deposit: Rs 500 for most payment methods. Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500. There is no maximum on how much you can hold in your 393 Game wallet, though large withdrawals may require additional verification before processing.
Deposits are credited to your 393 Game wallet instantly or within a few minutes depending on the payment method. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete in under five minutes. Bank IBFT transfers take between 30 minutes and 2 business hours. 393 Game does not charge fees for standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
We do not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name. Withdrawals will only be sent to a method that matches your verified account details. Attempting to process a payment through a third party's account will result in the transaction being declined and may trigger a security review of your account.
393 Game reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these terms. In such cases we will contact the player directly and may request supporting documentation before releasing the funds.
All casino and table games at 393 Game are governed by the betting and settlement rules described in these Terms and Conditions.
A bet placed on 393 Game is a binding financial transaction. Once you confirm a bet, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Please review your selections, stake amount (in PKR) and the displayed odds carefully before confirming any wager.
Bets are settled according to official results provided by the relevant governing body for each sport or competition. For cricket, official results as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC) or the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) are used. For PSL, results as declared by the PSL governing committee are final. 393 Game reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:
Odds quoted at 393 Game are in decimal format by default and include the stake in the return calculation. A bet of Rs 1,000 at odds of 2.50 returns Rs 2,500 total (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 stake) if successful. Winnings are credited to your 393 Game wallet automatically upon settlement.
For live in-play betting, all bets are accepted subject to the live feed being accurate at the time of placement. 393 Game cannot be held responsible for bets placed during known technical delays in live data feeds, and reserves the right to void bets accepted during a confirmed data outage.
393 Game offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, free tournament entries and VIP Club rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games or markets, minimum odds restrictions and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
General bonus rules that apply across all 393 Game promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:
Loyalty points earned through the VIP Club programme at 393 Game are subject to the VIP Club terms published on the dedicated VIP Club page. Points have no cash value independently and can only be redeemed under the redemption rules described in the VIP Club terms. VIP tier status can be reviewed or adjusted by 393 Game at any time based on account activity reviews.
In addition to sports betting, 393 Game provides crash games, a poker room (including Teen Patti), and live dealer casino tables. Each game type operates under its own game-specific rules displayed within the game interface. These rules govern bet minimums and maximums, game mechanics, payout structures and any special features such as auto-cashout in crash games or side pots in poker.
Crash games at 393 Game use provably fair RNG technology. The crash point for each round is cryptographically determined before bets are placed and can be verified by any player using the round hash displayed in the game history. 393 Game cannot modify a round outcome after it has begun.
Poker games are player versus player — 393 Game operates as the platform provider and takes a rake from each pot as disclosed in the poker room rules. The platform does not participate as a player in any poker hand. All shuffling and card distribution in poker at 393 Game uses certified RNG software audited by an independent testing laboratory.
Live dealer games use real human dealers streaming in real time. Results in live games are determined by physical outcomes (card draws, wheel spins) and are final once confirmed by the dealer. In the event of a genuine technical disconnection from a live game mid-round, the system applies the outcome that was in progress at the time the connection was lost — if the outcome cannot be determined, the bet is voided and the stake returned.
Live dealer games at 393 Game are governed by the casino game rules in Section 7 of these Terms and Conditions.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 393 Game platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended and any associated funds forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law:
393 Game collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
We collect the data necessary to operate your account, process PKR payments, comply with our licensing obligations, and prevent fraud and money laundering. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, banks and card networks) is limited to what is required to complete the specific transaction.
Your account history — including bets placed, game sessions and transaction records — is retained by 393 Game for a minimum of five years as required by our licensing obligations. You may request a copy of your personal data at any time by contacting support@393game.net.

393 Game provides the platform "as is" and makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from technical errors, or guaranteed availability of any specific game or betting market at any given time. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur, and 393 Game will make reasonable efforts to notify players in advance of planned downtime where possible.
393 Game's total liability to any individual player arising from any single incident or series of related incidents is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages of any kind including loss of anticipated winnings, loss of data, or emotional distress.
We are not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's own failure to cash out in time during a crash game, placing a bet on the wrong selection, or any other decision made by the player within the normal operation of the platform.
393 Game reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
If your account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money deposits not associated with active bonus wagering requirements will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Where fraud or criminal conduct is involved, 393 Game reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and may report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support@393game.net. Any balance at the time of voluntary closure will be paid out to your registered PKR payment method within 5 business days.
393 Game may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify active players by email and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for at least 14 days after the updated terms take effect. Minor changes — such as grammatical corrections, clarifications of existing rules, or updates to contact information — may be made without notice.
The date at the top of this document reflects the most recent update. Your continued use of 393 Game after the effective date of any updated terms constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not accept the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date.

For formal disputes, please include your username, the date of the relevant incident, and any transaction or round reference numbers. Our team will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours and aim to provide a full response within 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to our licensing regulator — contact details available upon request through our support team.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which 393 Game holds its gaming licence. Any dispute not resolved through the internal process is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that licensing jurisdiction, except where local consumer protection law provides otherwise.
